Why is the system not letting me book a lesson?
Have you registered yourself or your child as a rider?
In order to book a lesson, you must have the rider you intend to book for registered on your account.
Is all of the rider information correct? We know it seems silly but double check to make sure your rider’s height, weight, and age have been inputted correctly and in the correct units.
How soon is the lesson slot you are trying to book into? The lesson slots close for booking 12 hours before the lesson time. If you have received special permission from your instructor to book a specific slot, please contact us via phone or email.
Have you had an assessment lesson with us? Before you book in for a group lesson or to loan a pony, you must have an assessment lesson with us so that we can gauge your experience level and match you with the right pony and instructor.
